and dynamic person for the positions:
1. Network Technician – 2 persons (Male or Female)
Company Size (# of employees)
Job Description
• Provide system-level support, system administration,
troubleshooting and repair (both hardware and software) in the
NETPRO Cambodia office and at client offices
• Configure and administer Internet connections and Email
programs and accounts
• Basic network installation (cable and wireless connections)
• Install antivirus and utility programs
• Back up client data
• Build and upgrade computers and hardware
• Troubleshoot PC hardware and software
• Talk clients through repairs and provide report of performed
work in written form
• Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience
• Knowledge of the following: Windows 2000, XP, Vista,
Windows 2000, 2003 Server, Software drivers, Microsoft Office, and
other programs, Antivirus and utility programs
• Microsoft Certified Professionals or CCNA Discovery Students
are encouraged to apply
• Intermediate level of English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Honest and able to uphold NETPRO Cambodia values and
ethics
• Willing to learn new things
