Customer Support Officer
at NETPRO Cambodia in Phnom Penh

and dynamic person for the positions:
Company Size (# of employees)
Job Description
• Liaise between NETPRO Cambodia clients and Support Team
• Coordinate monthly maintenance schedule with clients and
the Support Team
• Follow up on Support Team client visits and maintain an
accurate record of work completed
• Answer client calls and supply any information regarding
service and support
• Issue work orders for all work completed by technicians
• Assist accountant with invoices and billing
• Contact suppliers to procure hardware for clients
• Take delivery of goods from suppliers and ensure quality and
specifications are met
• Create and maintain a database of all clients
• Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience
• High level of written and spoken English
• Honest and able to uphold NETPRO Cambodia values and
ethics
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service-oriented
• Some basic knowledge of IT and willing to learn
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience with using Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to learn new things
• Be punctual and loving the work
